China Resources Vanguard, one of China’s largest retail chains, was committed to revolutionizing the fresh meat and prepared food shopping experience at its flagship store in Ningbo. Located in a humid coastal region, the store required a high-performance refrigeration solution that met stringent food safety standards while maintaining a premium visual appeal.

Customer Pain Points: Real-world Challenges in High-Standard Fresh Produce Preservation
Humidity and Condensation Control Challenges: The coastal area of Ningbo experiences consistently high humidity levels, leading to fogging and condensation on traditional meat display cases. Extreme Requirements for Precise Temperature Control in Fresh Meat: Raw meat requires stable operation within a narrow temperature range of -1°C to 2°C. Temperature fluctuations can easily cause oxidation, discoloration, and quality degradation, directly affecting spoilage rates and food safety.

2. Commercial Deli Display Fridge
To cater to processed meats and cooked delicacies, the Commercial Deli Display Fridge was optimized for moisture retention.
Humidity Control: Advanced airflow prevents the “surface drying” effect common in deli products, maintaining the succulent texture of the food.
