Vietnam’s modern retail industry is growing quickly, especially in major cities such as Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. As more customers buy frozen and ready-to-cook products, supermarkets need better ways to display frozen food, improve the shopping experience, and control operating costs.
A well-known supermarket brand in Vietnam was facing problems in its frozen food section. The display space was limited, cooling performance was not stable, and electricity costs were high. To improve product presentation and increase sales, the company chose Eddysen as its refrigeration partner to install a customized Combined Island Freezer system.
